Our servant leaders

Pastor Verne has been the Pastor/Teacher  at Foothill Bible Church since 1981. His primary responsibility is the shepherding and teaching of God's Word.  Pastor Verne also serves as an Elder.  He is a graduate of the Sacramento Bible Institute.  Pastor Verne has served as a chaplain with Sutter Roseville Medical Center. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Independent Fundamental Churches of America International.  Pastor has also been President and Trustee of the Regional Executive Committee of the Northern California IFCA . He is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of the IFCA California Church Extension Committee.  Pastor Verne and his wife Donna were married in 1980 and  have been blessed with seven children and six grandchildren.

Jim began serving as an Elder at Foothill Bible Church in 2020.   Jim and his wife Marie have been married since 2003,   In addition to his administration duties, Jim teaches a Men's Bible study, a Life Group as well as periodic Adult Sunday School classes.

Vlady began serving as an Elder at Foothill Bible Church in 2025.  Vlady and his wife Alla have been married since 1994 and they have three sons.  Vlady is the Safety Team Leader and provides Missions oversight.

Marco began serving as an Elder at Foothill Bible Church in 2025.   Marco and his wife Marlene have been married since 1995 and they have three children.   Marco is providing oversight to the Youth Ministry and Awana.
